How do I book an exhibition space?
Step 1
Please use the following link to our Exhibition and Sponsorship Ordering System, ESOS. Log in to your account or “Sign up” and confirm your company invoicing and contact details there.
Step 2
Click on the exhibition booking option from the Task List and select the type of booth you would like to order.
Exhibition booth fee: 6000 EUR
Booth inclusions:
- Three exhibitors registrations including access to social events
- One of the three exhibitors will receive a 50% discount on a delegate pass

Additional booth staff can be purchased for EUR 400 for the 3 days.
Important
Exhibitors have no access to the Trading Floors, Private Meetings Rooms, ISF Meetings and General Assembly.
An Exhibitor’s manual including additional orders and costs as well as booth handover and shipment information will be provided soon to the participants who reserved an Exhibit booth.
