Registration Fees
Trading Floor
Delegates can reserve a Trading Table upon registration. The rate for a Reserved Trading Table applies for a 3-day period and includes a table and four chairs. Should you need more space for your meetings, we kindly inform you that Private Meeting Rooms are also available. No seed samples are allowed in the trading floor.
Trading Table fee: 1050 EUR for 3 days
Access to the Trading Floors
Only registered delegates (no guests or exhibitors) will be permitted to enter the Trading Floor.

Private Meeting Room
Reservations of Private Meeting Rooms are to be done upon submitting your registration request to the Congress. The number of Private Meeting Rooms is limited and allocation of space will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Private Meeting Rooms name/number will be confirmed by email as soon as your registration is finalized.
