Everything you should know before registering for the ISF World Seed Congress: eligibility, registration fees for Delegates and Accompanying Persons, registration periods, registration inclusions, etc.

Who Can Register as a Delegate?

Participation in the ISF World Seed Congress is not open to everyone.

You can register as a Delegate if you are:
– a representative of an ISF Member (Ordinary, Associate and Affiliate)
– an employee of a company that is a member of the National Seed Association in your country of residence. This National Seed Association must be an ISF Ordinary Member.
Delegates have access to the Trading Floor, Exhibition Area and to Open Meetings, as well as to all Social Events (Opening Ceremony, Welcome Party and Gala Dinner).

On-site registration will only be granted and processed if Delegates provide a signed declaration from their National Seed Association confirming that the Organization or Company that they represent is a member of that National Seed Association.

For more information on participation as a Delegate, refer to the Registration Inclusions and Registration Rates. Please, make sure you know your company’s membership level to ISF prior to submitting your registration request.

Who Can Register as an Exhibitor?

Membership to ISF is not mandatory for Exhibitors. For more information on Exhibit Booths, as well as for Exhibitor registration eligibility and fees, refer to the Exhibition section.

A wealth of amazing tours and fun activities

Cape Town is home to the top five national attractions in South Africa. A visit up Table Mountain will give you a spectacular view and peaceful feeling when looking over the city and the ocean. The Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are internationally acclaimed as one of the greatest botanical gardens of the world. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, one of the city’s main tourist attractions, offers visitors a unique shopping and holiday experience on a scenic working harbor.
