Who Can Register as a Delegate?
The ISF World Seed Congress 2024 is the right opportunity to engage, network with persons related to seed.
As a delegate you will have access to the full congress center, ISF Panels, Trading floors, Exhibition area and social events.
It is mandatory to be a member of ISF (Ordinary, Associate and Affiliate) or a member of the National / Regional Association of your country to register as a delegate.

it is possible to register onsite for the fee of EUR 2’300 per delegate and to come with a proof of membership of the National Seed Association or ISF Membership.

Visitor Pass
Who Can Register as a Visitor?
In the past, the ISF World Seed Congresses were restricted to ISF members only. However, since 2024, we have opened our doors to non-members to experience the congress. Visitor Pass holders can access the exhibition area, plenary room, and social events (depending on the day), but NOT the trading floor or the private meetings rooms.
The Visitor Pass is intended for selected attendees from outside the seed business but within its radius. These include:
- Students
- Journalists
- Government representatives
- Value chain partners
- Partner organizations
- Farmers
For our delegates: think about your key clients and business partners who would like to access to the congress exhibition for a day upon your invitation (if you are bringing more than 10 visitors, a package can be arranged).
“I work for a seed company and would like to come for one day only.” Unfortunately, the Visitor Pass is not an option for you. If you are from a seed company, you will have to come as a full delegate, see above.

Trading Floor
Reserved Trading Tables
Delegates can reserve a Trading Table upon registering for the ISF World Seed Congress 2024.
The rate for a Reserved Trading Table applies for a 3-day period and includes a table and four chairs. Should you need more space for your meetings, we kindly inform you that Private Meeting Rooms are also available.

Unreserved Trading Tables
There will be no unreserved Trading Tables this year. Instead, delegates who wish to use the Trading Tables for a short amount of time can book hourly slots (upon availability) on-site during registration opening hours.
Delegates can book the 1-hour slot on the day only (not for the other days). They can book more than one 1-hour slot per day, but not in a row.

Access to the Reserved/Unreserved Trading Floors
Only registered delegates (no journalists or exhibitors) will be permitted to enter the Trading Floor.

The number of Private Meeting Rooms is limited and allocation of space will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Private Meeting Rooms name/number will be confirmed by email as soon as your registration is finalized.

Exhibition
Who Can Register as an Exhibitor?
The ISF World Seed Congress 2024 Exhibition provides an excellent and effective opportunity for companies to promote their goods and services to Congress attendees.
It is not mandatory to be a member of ISF. However, the National Organizing Committee needs to approve all applications. An Exhibitor has access only to the Exhibition area and to the Social events (Opening Ceremony, Welcome Party and Farewell Get Together).
Exhibitors and Exhibit Booth Personnel have no access to the Trading Floors, ISF Meetings and General Assembly.
To register as an Exhibitor, you have first to contact our Core PCO K.I.T. Group GmbH, Congress Exhibition

- Ms. Hester Folley will give you all the instructions to book an Exhibit booth.
Registration is opening on the 4th of December 2023. No registration is taken into account before this date. During your registration you will be able to chose your preferred location. Final decision will be made by ISF Secretariat.
We have reviewed the setup of booths to create better interaction between exhibitors and delegates and this year there will have 2 booths options.

Accompanying Persons program
We are pleased to present the program that has been designed for Accompanying Person. All tours include transfers, lunch, entrances, guides, gratuity, and drinks allowance during lunch.
The fee for the 3 days tours is: EUR 750 (from 4 December 2023 to 11 April 2024)
EUR 1000 (from 12 April 2024 to 17 May 2024 and onsite)
The tours are also available for Delegates, the fee for delegates is as follow:
- Monday, half day tour: EUR 165
- Tuesday full day tour: EUR 215
- Wednesday half day tour: EUR 135

Rotterdam Tour
After the gathering you are going to explore the city center of Rotterdam by foot under guidance of professional guides.
Lunch will be served at restaurant Bazar on the Witte de Withstreet. After lunch you will take a watertaxi to the Splash Tours. During the 60 minutes drive you will see the skyline of Rotterdam. After the Splash tour you will take a watertaxi back to the city center.

The Hague and Delft Tour
With a professional guide you will discover The Hague by foot. The city of our royal family and our government. Following we will enjoy the lunch and will go to Delft by bus. At Delft you will visit the Royal Factory Delft (Delft Blue), Marketplace with cityhall, Nieuwe Kerk (new church) and you can visit the Prinsenhof Museum. After this enerveting day we will bring you back to Rotterdam by bus.

Kinderdijkt Tour
750 years of living with water. How inhabitants make and keep their land liveable through hard work and smart organisation. How mills, millers, nature and the typically Dutch landscape move with the times. And how the rest of the Netherlands and the world can learn from innovative water management. You can see and experience this unique area with your own eyes this morning.
After lunch we will go back to Rotterdam by bus.

There is a selection of different hotel available, via the Accommodation platform. Rooms have been negotiated at special rates and pre-booked for Delegates attending the ISF World Seed Congress 2024.
Hotel reservations will be handled by our Core PCO, K.I.T. Group GmbH, through a dedicated online portal accessible only to registered participants.
