Who Can Register as a Delegate?
The ISF World Seed Congress 2023 is the right opportunity to engage, network with persons related to seed.
As a delegate you will have access to the full congress center, ISF Panels, Trading floors, Exhibition area and social events.
It is mandatory to be a member of ISF (Ordinary, Associate and Affiliate) or a member of the National / Regional Association of your country to register as a delegate.

Visitor Pass
Who Can Register as a Visitor?
In the past, the ISF World Seed Congresses were restricted to ISF members only. However, in 2023, we are opening our doors to non-members who are not part of the seed sector to experience the congress.
The Visitor Pass is intended for a wide group of attendees who are coming from outside the seed business but within its radius: farmers, input distributors, government/regulators, consultants, students, partner organizations, and generally those who are interested in the work of the seed sector but are not employed in it. For our delegates: think about your key clients and business partners who would like to access to the congress exhibition for a day upon your invitation (if you are bringing more than 10 visitors, a package can be arranged).
A Visitor Pass gives access to the ISF panels, exhibition area and social events (depending on the day). It does NOT give access to the Trading floor or Private Meeting Rooms.
“I work for a seed company and would like to come for one day only.” Unfortunately, the Visitor Pass is not an option for you. If you are from a seed company, you will have to come as a full delegate, see above.

Trading Floor
Reserved Trading Tables
Delegates can reserve a Trading Table upon registering for the ISF World Seed Congress 2023.
The rate for a Reserved Trading Table applies for a 3-day period and includes a table and four chairs. Should you need more space for your meetings, we kindly inform you that Private Meeting Rooms are also available.

Unreserved Trading Tables
A limited number of Unreserved Trading Tables are available on a complimentary basis during the Congress.
As a courtesy to other traders, we remind the participants that no table reservation is permitted if not using the table.
Access to the Reserved/Unreserved Trading Floors
Only registered delegates (no journalists or exhibitors) will be permitted to enter the Trading Floor.

Reservations of Private Meeting Rooms are to be done upon submitting your registration request to the Congress.
The number of Private Meeting Rooms is limited and allocation of space will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Private Meeting Rooms name/number will be confirmed by email as soon as your registration is finalized.

Exhibition
Who Can Register as an Exhibitor?
The ISF World Seed Congress 2023 Exhibition provides an excellent and effective opportunity for companies to promote their goods and services to Congress attendees.
It is not mandatory to be a member of ISF. However, the National Organizing Committee needs to approve all applications. An Exhibitor has access only to the Exhibition area and to the Social events (Opening Ceremony, Welcome Party and Farewell Get Together).
Exhibitors and Exhibit Booth Personnel have no access to the Trading Floors, ISF Meetings and General Assembly.
To register as an Exhibitor, you have first to contact our Core PCO K.I.T. Group GmbH, Congress Exhibition

Accompanying Persons program
We are pleased to present the program that has been designed for Accompanying Person. All tours include transfers, lunch, entrances, guides, gratuity, and drinks allowance during lunch.
The fee for the 3 days tours is: EUR 1000
from 2 May to 26 May 2023
The tours are also available for Delegates, the fee for delegates is as follow:

Cape Town City tour & Table Mountain
Half day tour
Description: The group will depart hotel at 08:30 to arrive at 08:50 and spend an hour on the mountain. From Table Mountain the group will journey to various places of interest like the Slave Museum, Company Gardens, and National Museum before stopping for lunch at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. The tour will finish around 13:30.

Cape Town City tour & Table Mountain
Full day tour
Description: The group departs at 9:00 for the Cape Peninsula Tour. The journey time to the Cape Point Nature Reserve is about 1,5-hour with the coach traversing along a scenic Cape Town route. On arrival, the group will have a photo opportunity at the Cape of Good Hope sign and enjoy a ride on the funicular a motorized tram that takes them to a lookout point. Lunch will then be enjoyed followed by a visit to Boulder’s Beach where the group will have the opportunity to walk through the Penguin Colony and see these African Penguins in their natural breeding grounds. The tour will finish around 17:00 – approximate arrival time back in the city.

Cape Town City tour & Table Mountain
Half day tour
Description: The group departs at 9:00 for the Cultural Cooking Tour in Cape Town. The group will visit various places of interest like the Bo Kaap Museum, the oldest Mosque in South Africa (when open), pass the oldest house, the first farmhouse, the Scotches-Kloof Apartments (sub economic housing), take a walk past the famous colorful houses, step into the aromatic spice shop to learn about the origin of wares. After the walk, the group will stop at a Cape Malay home and learn how to cook an authentic pot of curry, fold a samosa, and learn how to knead, spin, and roll perfectly flaky roti. Finally, the group will sit with their hostesses and taste their scrumptious cooking, the perfect end to their journey.

Hotel reservations will be handled by our Core PCO, K.I.T. Group GmbH, through a dedicated online portal accessible only to registered participants.
